Nakai Immigration Services LPC is not a commercial company but a Legal Professional Corporation (LPC). We strive to offer the best services within the borders of the law and ethical code. We also have a contract with each of our staff to not divulge any information of our customers.
Unlike under the nondisclosure agreements used by commercial enterprises, both Gyoseishoshi Immigration Attorneys and their staff are subject to criminal penalties if client confidentiality is violated. We are therefore obligated by law to protect the private information of both individual and corporate clients, even after work has been completed. Our firm also currently has ISO27001 certification, which is an International Standard for Management Systems of Information Security.
Additionally, we have created a software with a database development company to draft application forms and manage such data, which maximizes our efficiency. Documents are digitized, and data of our clients and applications are jointly managed within internal and external servers under rigorous information protection standards.
